Basic Live Encoding Package for iPhone

For events up to 3 hours, live adaptive bitrate streaming on the iPhone Stream live video to the iPhone natively to preserving battery life and switch between different bit rates depending on whether the user is on 2G, 3G, or wireless for an optimal viewing experience. Optimized for delivery over the Akamai HD Network



Package includes:

  • • Up to 3 hours of live video feed acquisition (SD or HD source)
  • • Up to 3 hours of live stream encoding in 4 bitrates:
    •        700 Kbps – 480x320
    •        400 Kbps – 480x320
    •        200 Kbps – 480x320
    •          96 Kbps – 480x320
  • • Up to 2 hours of live pre-event testing
  • • Up to 2 hours of setup and provisioning
  • • Up to 5 hours of dedicated encoding technician
