Origin Digital Acquires Media Services Division from SAVVIS

(NASDAQ:SVVS), a global leader in IT infrastructure services for business applications. SAVVIS' Media Services Division was originally founded as Live Online in 1998. The acquired technology, physical assets, and media operations facility and studios located in Weehawken, NJ reinforces and extends Origin Digital's strategic capability to deliver a wide range of virtual broadcast, broadband, and mobile solutions. This includes automating the process of acquiring, transforming, and distributing all forms of digital content.
