    Input Exceptions:

    • Our encoders cannot accept the following as source: *.flv, *.swf, *.rm, *.ra
    • All videos must contain an audio track.
    • In videos with multiple audio tracks, bitrates must be the same.
    • Dimensions must be in multiples of 8.
    • Note that webcams user a very low frame rate. Our encoders recommend 10 fps for those instances.
    • All codecs used in creating the source video must come from licensed software.
