Odaptor UGC is the most sophisticated and user-friendly content submission service on the Web. Now any website can securely accept and publish content received from their viewers. The website owner controls the output formats, as well as the final delivery destination. Using Odaptor's transform capabilities, thousands of submissions from your customers are processed on-the-fly in an automated, scalable, and transparent manner. User content is submitted to our service using our upload manager. The manager is highly customizable; customers can dynamically specify an external style sheet and metadata fields. The manager also provides upload status using a progress bar that shows transfer speeds and estimated wait time. Implemented in minutes using a few simple lines of HTML code, our upload manager does not require a software download. Alternatively, customers can also use a standard HTML Web form to post content and metadata. Any type of content can be submitted via a single form, including images, audio, video, and documents.

Once received, the content will automatically be transcoded to the specified outputs and delivered to your final delivery location (i.e. a Content Delivery Network provider) as defined by your workflow. Upon successful transcode and delivery, we will send the metadata and URLs of all created assets in XML format to a specified Web address for each submission. This XML can be used to instantly publish the submission on your website. Customers who wish to review the content before transcoding and receiving the XML can use the Odaptor Review and Approval Service.
