- Serve as a client-facing leader who can guide architectural decisions, communicate trade-offs, and build organizational alignment and confidence in proposed solutions.
- Operate within a global delivery model, providing architectural direction, task decomposition, and quality oversight while partnering with onshore and offshore delivery teams.
- Balance hands-on contribution (design, implementation, code review, troubleshooting) with mentorship and strategic guidance for other engineers and architects.
- Define and promote best practices for data modeling, lakehouse architecture, performance optimization, security, governance, and compliance.
- Design data platforms that support both traditional analytics and downstream AI and machine-learning workloads.
- Collaborate with application, AI, and analytics teams to ensure data platforms integrate cleanly with broader digital ecosystems.

- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, mentoring, and the development of junior and mid-level team members.
- Stay current with emerging data platform capabilities and help clients adopt new features thoughtfully and responsibly.

- Significant experience designing and delivering data solutions, with a strong consulting or client-facing background.
- Proven experience leading or significantly contributing to at least one production-grade modern data platform implementation, such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or Snowflake.
- Strong understanding of modern data architecture principles, including lakehouse patterns, data modeling, data governance, and platform scalability.
- Experience working in a global delivery model, including task coordination, technical review, and quality assurance across distributed teams.

- Experience driving or contributing to data platform strategy, roadmap definition, or organizational transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to data governance frameworks, metadata management, or platform security controls.
- Experience collaborating with analytics, AI, or application teams on shared data foundations.
